A321 and A330:

All aircraft are / were leased. The A321 replaced the A330.

A400M:

The first aircraft was planned (originally) to be delivered in 2018 but this has been set back to 2019.

Falcon 20E and Falcon 900B:

Both the Falcon 20E (VIP) aircraft have been withdrawn from use. CM-02 left the service (having flown 16.210 hours) on December 22, 2016. The Falcon 900B is to be withdrawn from service as well but a date is not set or release by the Belgian MoD.

The MoD runs a fighter replacement program. Five companies are competing for this contract:

Company Fighter

Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet
Dassault Rafale
Eurofighter EF-2000 (Typhoon)
Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II
Saab JAS-39E Gripen

Notes:

The defence review made public at the end of 2015 stated that 34 new aircraft will be purchased.
