The latest version of the F-16 family also known as F-16 Block 70.


On June 22, 2018 the contract for 16 F-16Vs was awared to Lockheed Martin. The aircraft will be build at Greenville, South Carolina with some work done at Fort Worth, Texas. Work is expected to be completed by September 30, 2023.


Greece will upgrade its current fleet of F-16s to the F-16V standard.


Has an interest to augment its current fleet of F-16s with 12 F-16Vs.


Selected the F-16V to replace its Mig-29s in service. An offer by the US for 14 aircraft was approved by the DSCA on April 4, 2018.
