Comment: The MQ-9 reaper is manufactured by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc (GA-ASI). The introduction of the MALE UAV (Medium Altitude Long Endurance Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) will see a new capability added to the inventory of the RNLAF. Four unarmed MQ-9 Reapers have been purchased. From 2021 they will be delivered and assigned to 306 squadron at Leeuwarden AB. The roll out of the first MQ-9 Reaper took place during a ceremony on July 7, 2021.
